Who is Deyemon Manager for?
For in-house IT teams and providers who manage the IT of one or several organisations. The platform brings documentation, inventory, passwords, compliance, monitoring and purchasing together in one place.
Does it work if I manage only one company?
Yes. The platform works the same way with one organisation or with fifty. With a single company, you get all the modules and the same level of security, without the constraints of a multi-client setup.
Is one client's data isolated from the others?
Yes, strictly. Separation is enforced down to the database level, through several complementary mechanisms. One organisation can never access another's data, even in the event of a mistake.
Where is the data hosted?
Data is hosted in Europe, behind an encrypted connection, with a database that is not publicly exposed. It is backed up in encrypted form, and continuous archiving lets you return to a precise point in time in the event of an incident.
Is the platform GDPR and NIS2 compliant?
Compliance is built in: a GDPR record of processing activities and the NIS2 and CyberFundamentals frameworks are available to assess your level, track gaps and gather evidence. Every sensitive action is also recorded in an audit log.
Can I import my accounts from Active Directory?
Yes. Synchronising with an LDAP or Active Directory directory imports your accounts and people without creating duplicates. An account already entered by hand is matched and kept, not recreated.
What does the browser extension bring?
It connects your vault to your browser. On a client's admin portal or an online service, it recognises the site and fills in the credentials in one click, with no copy-paste and without leaving the page. Secrets never travel in clear text and every access stays logged.
What happens if I delete something by mistake?
Nothing is lost. Deletion is soft: every removed item goes to a trash and can be restored. The platform never permanently deletes business data unless you ask.
In which languages is the application available?
In English, French and Dutch. Each user works in their own language, which makes mixed teams and work with clients from different regions easier.
