Extension privacy policy

The Deyemon Manager extension gives access to your organisation's vault, hosted on its Deyemon Manager server. It only works with that server, whose address you enter.

What the extension sends, and to whom

Only to your organisation's Deyemon Manager server: your e-mail address and password to sign in (and the two-factor code, the PIN); the logins you choose to save or update; your requests to show, copy or fill a secret. Nothing is sent to the publisher or to any third party. The addresses of the pages you visit are never sent: the extension itself compares the page with the addresses of the logins. Site logos are asked from your server, never from the sites.

What the extension keeps on the computer

The server address, your e-mail address, the identifier and key of this browser (which open nothing on their own), your preferences, the sites excluded from the offer to save and the list of recently used items (their identifiers only). No password.

What the extension keeps in memory, while the browser session lasts

The sign-in session, the addresses of your logins (without any secret) and, two minutes at most, what you just sent on a site, to offer to save it. Everything is cleared when the vault locks or the browser closes.

What your organisation does

Your server logs the extension's sign-ins and every display of a secret, as in the application. Your administrator can revoke a browser, forbid the PIN, impose a lock delay or turn the extension off. To exercise your rights over the data your organisation keeps, contact your organisation.

What the extension does not do

No advertising, no audience measurement, no trackers, no sale of data, never a fill without your click.
